Announcement for poster presentation new
The size of a poster board is 900 mm (width) x 1200 mm (height), which is slightly larger than the A0 size.
All posters can be put up from 18:00 March 8 (Monday) to 13:00 March 12 (Friday).

Prepare your abstract following the format written in the abstract template and save it as a Microsoft Word ".doc" format. The length should be less than one page of A4 size. Use your name and version number for the abstract file name like, "y_shibayama_v1.doc".
If you want to present two posters (maximum), submit an abstract ".doc" Word file containing two pages in which each page corresponds to one poster. You may fill the "presentation title" field in the submission page with one of the titles.
Upload the abstract file by pressing the following button after creating your own account at the Registration page. You can overwrite the file with a new one anytime before the submission deadline. |
